POSTPARTUM CARE PACKAGE

Intended for those who desire a hospital or birth center birth but want the holistic, individualized care that midwives provide in the postpartum period, which is designed to nurture families as they navigate their newest family member.

Investment of $1,500

Includes: 

• 1 prenatal intake and postpartum planning session
• 5 postpartum and/or newborn visits that involve:
  • Hour-long visits in the comforts of your home for you and your baby.
  • Baby well-care extends through the first 6 weeks of life, which includes lactation support and monitoring of the baby’s growth and developmental milestones.
  • Access to helpful resources to support your family as you adjust to life with a new family member.
  • Holistic recommendations to address any concerns that arise, including nutrition, supplements, herbal remedies, referral to complementary modalities (physical therapy, massage, IBCLC, chiropractic care, acupuncture, etc.
• Monitoring of postpartum mood disorders or mental health needs.
• Access to our 24-hour phone and text line between visits.
• All records of care will be shared with other providers as desired.
• Postpartum and newborn visit timeline:
  • Within 48 hours of being discharged from birth center or hospital
  • 3-5 days postpartum
  • 10-day postpartum
  • 3 weeks postpartum
  • 6 weeks postpartum
